This stunning period villa is noticeably impressive and oozes period detailing, great proportions and grandeur. Upon approaching, steps lead up to a communal hallway which benefits from a passenger lift.
Bright, light and airy best describe this beautifully presented apartment which boasts a substantial hallway that leads to all the rooms.
Upon entering the reception room it is immediately apparent that this is the hub of the home. Dual aspect windows flood the room with light. High ceilings, plush carpets and plenty of space to dine, entertain and relax give this room a truly special feel. Set just off the lounge area is a modern fitted kitchen with crisp counter tops that harmoniously contrast with matt charcoal units. From here, one can enjoy lovely views of Ventnor Villas.
The two double bedrooms are peacefully tucked away at the rear of the property, the first of which having a modern fitted shower room en-suite. The third bedroom is ideal as a study, or guest room. The newly designed family bathroom with blush pink and copper accents is very much on trend and is a veritable oasis of calm and tranquility.
When it comes to shops, cafés and restaurants the hubbub of Church Road, George Street and Blatchington Road all offer plenty of choice, surrounded by iconic period architecture.
Hove Lawns and the beach and seafront are ten minutes stroll away and Hove Park, Hove recreation ground and St Anne’s Well Gardens are all within comfortable walking distance.
This apartment really has it all. Beautifully presented, plenty of space and in a perfect location. In short, not one to be missed.
What the owner says...
This has been the perfect place to live. In the heart of Hove with its abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and transport on our doorstep yet such a calm and quiet space to retreat to. The station and sea are so close by and there is always something to do! The light in the apartment is fantastic and energising and I really will miss living here.
