The location is brilliant - being a short walk from a gorgeous new gym, shops, Hove train station and Hove Park. Our flat is bright and warm and the balcony is so inviting in the summer. We will be sad to leave, but excited for whoever buys our home as it will hopefully bring the same joy it has brought us
