On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with the master boasting a balcony. Perfect for watching both sunrises and sunsets. The family bathroom is contemporary with a white suite and chrome fitments. Worthy of particular mention is the large loft space which, STNCs could be converted into a master suite.

What the owner says...

We will be sorry to leave our wonderful house in Nevil Way which has been the family home for over 17 years.

When we first viewed it all those years ago, we knew immediately that it was the one for us and it wasn’t long before we were waving goodbye to London for Sussex by the sea. The house’s perfect position allowed us to have the pick of the best local schools for the children (all within walking distance) and gave us easy access to the beach, the Sussex Downs and the shops, bars and restaurants of Brighton and Hove. It also gave us our own space to bring up our family in a safe, vibrant neighbourhood minutes from the beautiful open spaces of Hove Park.

The children are adults now and are starting their own adventures. We on the other hand find ourselves with a little too much space. so it’s time to pass it on to the next family looking for ‘The One’. Whoever that is I am sure that they won’t regret it.

Oh, and did we tell you that the neighbours are fantastic?
