This house was exactly what we were looking for - a fantastic location close to shops, station and sea. Being able to get to the beach and to the Downs quickly is a huge plus too, it really has been ideal. What makes it more special however is that our house is quite secluded down a private drive alongside lovely neighbours so the kids can play out the front and parking is never an issue!

We've renovated quite a bit making the whole downstairs open so that both light and people can flow easily through the living spaces. We love entertaining and playing in the garden all year round because of its unique location - we genuinely use it everyday for a morning coffee or just to sit in the sun.

The local area is brilliant, you are striking distance from cafes on Portland Road and plenty of parks. This has been a really happy home that has grown with us and we know it will be a fab home for someone else.
