I have loved living here and could not ask for a better location. I have enjoyed getting my paddle board in the summer months and being in the sea within minutes. Early morning runs along the seafront and sitting on the balcony of an evening and taking in the magical sunsets has been truly wonderful.
The fact that there are only 9 apartments mean that we all know each other and there is definitely a reassuring neighbourly feel. Having acquired the freehold the building itself is incredibly well run and the only reason to move on has been the growing family. I will be sad to say goodbye to the amazing sea views but am sure that the next owners will love being here just as much as I have.
