We have lived very happily in Rutland Gardens for almost two decades and brought up two children until adulthood here; needless to say the goodbye will be emotional, but I know the next family who live here will enjoy this beautiful family home and all the wonderful amenities that are close by. The sea is about a five minute walk away and many varied local shops are on the doorstep. The local schools and parks have been marvellous and the neighbours are equally so.
We wish you as much happiness in this wonderful Victorian home with all its obvious history, as we have experienced.
