The property itself is located on Errol Rd which is a quiet street with mainly freehold houses and good parking. Occupying a prime position on the west side of the road the approach to this red brick built home with tile hung elevations certainly does not disappoint. Kerb appeal it has in spades.
Internally this home is light, bright and airy. On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious reception room boasting oak flooring, plantation shutters and a charming bay window with window seat.
The kitchen/diner is a lovely size and offers plenty of space to cook, dine and entertain. There is also plenty of scope to extend if so desired (stncs). From here doors lead out onto a delightful west facing rear garden which benefits from an abundance of sunshine. There are also two outhouses that are perfect for storing bikes and all the modern day paraphernalia that one may have. There is also handy side access.
Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms and an unusually large modern bathroom. Worthy of particular mention is the plethora of storage throughout the house and the scope to extend into the loft ( stncs).
This is a superb home. A real gem. In short, not one to be missed!
Errol Road is situated in this highly sought after quiet residential area south of New Church Road. Boundary Road with its wide choice of cafes and restaurants, 'High street' shopping facilities and Portslade mainline railway station is within easy walking distance. Hove seafront and in particular the popular Hove Lagoon with its varied range of recreational facilities is also within comfortable reach.

What the owners say....
We fell in love the moment we first saw our home on Erroll Road but it was until we were living there that we realised what a great location we’d found! Walking distance to local shops, 10 minutes on the train from central Brighton, and the sea at the end of the street! Erroll Road is quiet and friendly and we think one of the best locations in Brighton and Hove.
