We chose this house for the space, the South facing outside area (which we made into a garden) and the location. A 3 minute walk from the beach, 10 minute walk from the centre of Brighton or Hove, 5 minutes from Waitrose and surrounded by fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. We started our family in this house and have been very happy here.
