A wonderful opportunity to live within a beautiful, villa-style, semi-detached house, located moments from all the most popular amenities in Hove, as well as the Seafront on Osborne Villas.
As you enter, the hallway provides access to all rooms. The ground floor has a grand double reception area, benefiting from having West-facing windows, letting light flow into the room at any time of the day. Behind the reception is the separate kitchen, which is modern in style and has a good range of storage space.
To the first floor is the master bedroom, running the width of the building with a wall of fitted cupboards, plus having plenty of additional space for further furniture. Facing the rear, the second bedroom is of a good size, with the family bathroom on the half landing, benefiting from both a bath and separate shower cubicle.
The lower ground area is commonly separated in the street to create a standalone, one-bedroom apartment, which could be rented for income. Currently, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen; which means that if you did wish to make the conversion, it would be very easily done. There is a good size garden with rear access to Medina Place.
Osbourne Villas is located between Kingsway and Church Road with plenty of cafes, restaurants and other amenities available on either road. Hove Station is within walking distance, which is why this area is popular for anyone looking to commute to London.
There are so many excellent aspects to living in this house. We’ve particularly enjoyed being so close to Hove seafront and the lawns, which are just at the bottom of the road. There’s no real need to drive living in this area, as the very best Hove has to offer is practically on the doorstep.
What is worthy of particular mention is the great selection of local restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and supermarkets in the area. Especially Brighton and Hove’s renowned Italian ice cream parlour and coffee shop, Morocco’s.
Getting in and out of the city has always been so easy for us whilst living here, as access to Hove Station and other public transport links is brilliant. That being said, I have always found the rear access from the garden so useful for cycling.
